Present: Board Members Kunz, Fick
Absent: Board Member Rojas

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held April 12, 2011.
Motion by Member Fick to continue the non - public hearing item to
June 14, 2011, due to the presence of only one member who was
present at the April 12, 2011 meeting.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0133- Approval of a conditional use permit for
the sale of beer and wine at the Bakersfield Racquet
Club restaurant in R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) and R -2
(Limited Multiple - Family Dwelling) zone districts located at
1660 Pine Street
2. File No. 11 -0166- Approval of a conditional use permit to
operate a fixed dry-mix concrete batch plant with a
maximum daily output of 20 cubic yards in an M -1 (Light
Manufacturing) zone district located at 4550 Buck Owens
Boulevard.

The public hearing was opened: There were no comments from either
the public or board members.
The public hearing was closed.
Motion by Member Fick to approve the consent calendar public
