ROLL CALL Present: Board Members Barnhard, Fick Absent: Board Member Rojas 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS None 3. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items: 1. Minutes of the regular meeting held April 12, 2011. 2. Minutes of the regular meeting held May 10, 2011. Motion by Member Fick to approve the non - public hearing items. B. Public Hearing Items: 1. File No. 11 -0126 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct an 85 -foot tall monopole wireless communications facili,ity camouflaged as a pine tree with ancillary equipment in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 3801 River Boulevard. 2. File No. 11 -0128 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct a 90 -foot tall monopole wireless communications facility camouflaged as a pine tree with ancillary equipment in C -2 (Regional Commercial) and R -3 (Multiple - Family Dwelling) zone districts located at 4201 Belle Terrace. File No. 11 -0182 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct a 60 -foot tall monopole wireless communications facility camouflaged as a pine tree with ancillary equipment in an OS (Open Space) zone district located at 5501 Verdugo Lane. 4. File No. 11 -0202 - Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the required street side yard setback for a garage from 20 to 7 feet in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 2200 Pine Street. 5. File No. 11 -0210 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct four new classroom buildings totaling 59,000 square feet for an existing private school and to expand the maximum enrollment of the school to 700 students in an M -2 (General Manufacturing) zone district located at 2300 E. Brundage Avenue. 6. File No. 11 -0220 - Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the required front yard setback for a garage from 25 to 22 feet in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 5905 River Birch Drive. The public hearing was opened. Pursuant to memos from staff dated June 10, 2011 and June 14, 2011, items 3.B.4. and 3.B.5. were requested by the applicants to be continued to the July 12, 2011 meeting. The public hearing was closed with the exception of items 3.8.4. and 3.8.5. Motion by Member Fick to continue items 3.B.4. and 3.B.5. to July 12, 2011, and to approve items 3.B.1., 3.B.2., 3.B.3. and 3.B.6.
