3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held June 14, 2011.
Motion by Member Fick to approve the non - public hearing item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0202 - Approval of a zoning modification to
reduce the required street side yard setback for a garage
from 20 to 7 feet in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone
district located at 22C10 Pine Street.
2. File No. 11 -0210 - Approval to continue to August 9, 2011 a
conditional use permit to construct four new classroom
buildings totaling 59,000 square feet for an existing private
school and to expand the maximum enrollment of the
school to 700 students in an M -2 (General Manufacturing)
zone district located (it 2300 E. Brundage Avenue.
The public hearing was opened. Pursuant to a memo from staff dated
July 6, 2011, item 3.8.2. was requested by the applicant to be
continued to the August 9, 2011 meeting.

The public hearing was closed with the exception of item 3.B.2.
Motion by Member Fick to continue item 3.B.2. to August 9, 2011, and
to approve item 3.8.1.
