ROLL CALL Present: Board Members Barnhard, Fick, Underwood Absent: 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS None 3. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items: 1. Minutes of the regular meeting held July 12, 2011. Motion by Member Underwood to approve the non - public hearing item. B. Public Hearing Items: 1. File No. 11 -0210 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct new classroom buildings totaling 59,000 square feet for an existing private school in an M -2 (General Manufacturing) zone district located at 2300 E. Brundage Lane. 2. File No. 11 -0252 - Approval of a conditional use permit to operate a recycling center for the purchasing of California Redemption Value (C:RV) containers from the public, consisting of an outdoor receiving and processing area and a 5,500 square foot indoor storage area, in an M -2 (General Manufacturing) zone district located at 1400 Sumner Street. File No. 11 -0263 - Approval of a conditional use permit for a 1,145 square foot wine, meat and cheese bar /shop in a C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 1201 24th Street. The public hearing was opened. There were no comments from either the public or board members. The public hearing was closed. Motion by Member Fick to approve the consent calendar public hearing items. 4. COMMUNICATIONS None 5. BOARD COMMENTS None 6.
