3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held August 9, 2011.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve the non - public hearing
item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0320 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 50 -foot tcll uncamouflaged antenna tower in
an M -2 (General Marufacturing) zone district located at
6901 McDivitt Drive.
2. File No. 11 -0331 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 1,750 square foot drive - through restaurant and
a zoning modification to reduce the minimum required
parking for the subject retail center from 365 to 330 spaces
in a C -1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district located
at 6451 Ming Avenue.
The public hearing was opened. There were no comments from either
the public or board members.
