A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held September 13, 2011.
Motion by Member Fick to approve the non - public hearing item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0127 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 65 -foot tall monopole wireless
communications facility camouflaged as a pine tree with
ancillary equipment in an R -1 -CH (One - Family Dwelling/
Church) zone district located at 2801 Ashe road.
The public hearing was opened. There were no comments from either
the public or board members.
The public hearing remained open.
Motion by Member Underwood to continue Item 3.13.1. to December
13, 2011 at the request of the applicant.

PUBLIC HEARING
1. File No. 11 -0369 - Modify conditions of approval of Conditional
Use Permit No. 09 -0767 to expand the hours of operation, be
eligible for a cabaret permit, and to eliminate the expiration
date for a 3,177 square fooi bar in a C -1 (Neighborhood
Commercial) zone district located at 4715 Coffee Road.
The public hearing was opened. fted Porter and Harold Robertson,
neighboring property owners, spoke in opposition to the proposal.
The public hearing remained open.
Motion by Member Underwood to continue Item 4.1. to November 8,
2011 at the request of the applicant.
