autobody repair shop /office buildings totaling 27,610 square feet and a
zoning modification to reduce the minimum required front yard setbacks
along Eye Street from 10 feet to 2 feet for the building and from 10 feet
to 5 feet for the parking lot in a C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone district
located at 2429 Chester Avenue and 2420 Eye Street.
