(Ward 6) 2. File No. 11 -0331 - Approval of a conditional use permit to construct a
1,750 square foot drive - through restaurant and a zoning modification to
reduce the minimum required parking for the subject retail center from
365 to 330 spaces in a C -1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district
located at 6451 Ming Avenue.
