BAKERSFIELD POLICE
DEPARTMENT
PRESS RELEASE
Greg Williamson, Chief of Police
For Immediate Release October 10, 2010
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for
indecent exposure and annoying children.
On 9/30/11, at about 4:30 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle at
Olive Drive and Old Farm Road and made it a point to get her attention. When the victim looked over, she saw the
suspect was exposed and masturbating. The victim used her cell phone to capture video of the suspect and his
truck.
During a separate incident, same date at about 5:00 p.m., two girls, ages 11 and 12, were walking in the 11000 block
of Agoura Hills Way when a similar suspect pulled alongside them and asked for directions. This suspect was also
exposed and masturbating. When the girls declined to get in the truck and show him where the street was he was
looking for; the suspect drove away and was last seen east on Olive Drive.
The suspect appears to be a Caucasian or light complexioned Hispanic male in his early thirties, having dark hair with
a receding hair line, a deep voice and wearing sunglasses.
The vehicle is a white 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Track four door truck. California License plate 7N70636.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Dennis Eddy at 326-
3557.
