The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in
identifying a suspect wanted for burglary and credit card fraud.
On 10/20/11, at about 2:00 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance
photo entered the men's locker room at the 24 Hour Fitness on Gosford Road and he
and another Caucasian male, not depicted, cut the lock off a locker and stole the
victim's credit cards. The suspect in the photo then used the victim's credit card to
purchase multiple iPads at the Target Stores on Rosedale Highway and the Valley
Plaza location.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call
Detective Watts at 326-3543.
