For Immediate Release November 16, 2011
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in
identifying suspects wanted in connection to an auto theft and subsequent credit card
fraud.
On 9/25/11, the victim’s white Ford F150 truck was stolen from the bike path near the
Allen Road crossing. Later that day, a male and two females (depicted in the attached
video surveillance photos) used the victim’s credit card to make purchases at the Sport
Chalet, 5200 Stockdale Highway.
The Ford F150 was located in an apartment complex on Spice Way, in October.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call
Detective Craig Checklenis at 326-3872.
