Public hearing opened, staff report given. George Milstein
representing the applicant spoke in favor. Fred Porter had
concerns about bonding of improvements. Public hearing
closed.
Commissioner Tragish motioned, Commissioner Strong seconded APPROVED
to approve VTTM 6617 adding two conditions as read into the
record by Mr. Eggert.

G. COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Eggert provided a memorandum in response to a question
from the last Planning Commission meeting regarding the
alternative comparison costs for the Centennial Corridor.

H. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS
Commissioner Kirschenmann made comments to students in
attendance that they were able to witness the public being
part of the process in previous project review.
Commissioner Strong wished his father a Happy Birthday.
