1. Minutes of the regular meeting held O�toberl 1, 2011.
Motion by Member Fick to approve the non - publics hearing item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0346 - Approval of a condii ional use permit to
construct a 119- foot tall lattice tower With faux windmill to
serve as a camouflaged wireless communications facility
with ancillary equipment in an A (Agriculture) zone district
located at 3127 E. Panama Lane.
2. File No. 11 -0369 - Remove from the agenda a proposal to
modify conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit
No. 09 -0767 to expand the hours of operation, be eligible
for a cabaret permit, and to eliminate the expiration date
for a 3,177 square foot bar in a C -1 (N ighborhood
Commercial) zone district located at 41,715 Coffee Road.
3. File No. 11 -0375 - Approval of a zoninc modification to
construct a 6 -foot, 8 -inch tall masonry all on a domestic
water well site in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district
