Dear Inspector Medina:
We are pleased to report that we have completed the corrective action you required pursuant
to the inspection reverenced above:
➢ Halon fire extinguisher in the first floor break-room is flat.
Status: COMPLETED. The fire extinguisher has been serviced and is now
in ready conditioin.
➢ Broken electrical outlet cover under table in the first floor office.
Status: COMPLETED. The outlet cover has been replaced.
We trust that we are now in full compliance with all of the requirements that resulted from
