Mr. Gaby Jabbour 15000 Olive View Drive Sylmar, CA 91342 RE: Report of Soil Testing, Existing Vent Pipes Trench Proposed Drive-Thru Car Wash 2525 White Lane Existing Chevron Station APN 405-230-36-8 Bakersfield, California Dear Mr. Jabbour: Proactive Properties retained Vineyard Engineering Inc. in March, 2009, to conduct field sampling and testing of soil located below a portion of the existing vent pipes at the subject site. It was the objective of this testing to ascertain if any environmental' impact had occurred to the property. Sampling activities were conducted under the supervision of Mr. Craig Perkins of the Bakersfield City Fire Department. At the time of our visit the southerly approximately twenty feet.of the existing vent pipes were exposed. The sampling was conducted at the 90 degree-joint in the pipes at a depth of 2.0 feet and 6.0 feet below the existing ground surface. Constituents of concern that were detected were at concentrations well below state action levels. Laboratory results indicates that Threshold Limit Values were not exceeded.
