Per your letter of June 20, 2007 enclosed please find a copy of the Enhanced
Leak Detection (ELD) test results dated 11/1/04 for the above referenced site.
The submission does not constitute, nor may it be deemed to constitute, an
admission of liability or responsibility with respect to the alleged violations. In
addition, evidence of this submission may not be used in any administrative or
judicial proceeding or otherwise as evidence of an admission by 7-Eleven.
