Dear Prevention Services,
This-letter-is to inform you that Bottling Group LLC is changing the mechanism for
demonstrating financial responsibility for the underground storage tanks (USTs) we operate
within the State of California. We have elected to utilize the Irrevocable Letter of Credit and
Standby Trust mechanisms. We have applied for an Amendment to Irrevocable Standby
Letter of Credit Number 40214 to include Bottling Group, LLC as the owner of the tank. We
believe that Bank of America may be contacting you shortly for your consent to the
Amendment.

discuss.
