AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 012-01
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE ASSOCIATION OF
BAKERSFIELD POLICE OFFICERS ("ASSOCIATION")
AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR SENIOR POLICE LABORATORY
TECHNICIAN.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 012-01 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Association of Bakersfield Police Officers ("Association").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 012-01 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No.012-01 is hereby amended by deleting the following
class title from the Police Unit:
41170
Senior Police Laboratory Tech
