In response to your inquiry regarding the above stated address, this is to

you that no regulatory records exist for the presumed
3226 -36-3 655 fining /Arson
Operatio underground storage tanks (USTs) which may have previously been
operated at the site.

Fire Safety /Prevention The Sanborn Fire Insurance Map, circa 1954 (a copy of which is on file
Services with the Bakersfield Planning Department, excerpts attached), denotes
326 -3652 the above site as previously a service station with gas & oils present.

Bakersfield, CA 93301 At some time thereafter, the property use had changed-to the current
(661) 326 -3941 two -story residential apartment complex now at that location. There
(661) 852 -2170 (fax) are no outward indications of any former USTs either present or
currently accessible.
Therefore, this department considers the USTs to have been properly
decommissioned during the change of use of the property to residential.
Accordingly, no further regulatory action is required at this time.
