Amendment No. I to Agreement No. 01-123/RA
01-5 with Canyon Hills Senior Housing, Inc. to
extend repayment period to 30 years.
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a brief update.
Motion by Raphael, seconded by Cohen, to
approve the agreement.
AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Cohen expressed appreciation to
Economic Development Director Kunz for arranging his
attendance at the Redevelopment Agency Seminar in San
Jose.
