This letter is being provided on behalf of Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.'s Bakersfield Store #6687 ( "The Home
Depot ") and in response to the Fire Inspection Report dated June 8, 2011. The inspection report indicated
that there were no violations identified during the course of the inspection. Accordingly, it is our
understanding that no further action is requested or required on the part of The Home Depot in connection
with this inspection. If this is incorrect, please contact me immediately.
