To whom it may concern:
Southwest Health Center is no longer in business as of March 1, 2010. The customer number is
61133/76635 type environmental services. The company that is now doing business at 8501
Camino Media Suite 200 Bakersfield Ca 93311 is California Chiropractic.
1 have made several phone calls to your office explaining this. On December 21, 2010 1 left a
message. On January 5, 2011 1 spoke to Greg and was told not to pay the bill and it would be
billed to California Chiropractic. I called again and left a message March 9, 2011.
Today I left a phone message on the voice mail of Howard Wines at 661 326 3659 because I feel
this bill was sent to us in error.
