On 11/28/11, the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photos entered the Home Depot, 4100 Ming Avenue and shoplifted merchandise. When he was contacted by loss prevention, outside the store, the suspect threatened the agent and swung at him with a bag containing a steel propane tank, which he did actually purchase. The suspect then ran into the apartment complex at 1818 Hasti-Acres where he is believed to have concealed himself in one of the apartments. Anyone with information related to the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Sean Morphis at 326-3871.
