CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the August 22, 2011 Special Meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from August 12,
2011 to November 3, 2011 in the amount of
$3,318,097.39.
Motion by Ordiz, seconded by Bentley, to approve Consent
Calendar item 3.a., with separate consideration of item 3.b.

Agency Member Ordiz abstained from voting on item 3.b.
payments to Wallace & Smith, check numbers 533198 and
534997, but approved the remaining payments.
Motion by Prince, seconded by Bentley, to approve Consent
Calendar item 3.b.

ED/CD Director Donna Kunz gave staff comments.

ED/CD Director Donna Kunz provided a staff report. Agency
Members Bentley and Prince asked questions, and ED/CD
Director Kunz responded to member questions.

7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Assignment and Assumption of Owner Participation RA08-014(A)
Agreement No. RA08-014 (19th Street Seniors).
ED/CD Director Donna Kunz gave a staff report. Chair Person
Koman and City Manager Tandy made comments. ED/CD
Director Donna Kunz responded to comments.
b. Assignment and Assumption of Disposition and PULLED
Development Agreement No. RA09-001 (Creekview
Villas).
Clerk Obert announced that at staff's request, item 7.b. has
been pulled from the agenda.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Prince, to approve the APPROVED
Assignment and Assumption of Owner Participation
Agreement No. RA08-014 (19th Street Seniors).
8. AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Bentley complimented how well the Q
Street Area Project is looking.
Agency Member Prince asked if there were before and after
photographs of the RDA Projects. ED/CD Director Donna
Kunz responded.

Chairperson Koman made comments regarding the two
newest housing project grand openings. He stated he
spoke with prospective new residents. Koman asked staff to
better notify Board Members of announcements of events.
City Manager Tandy reminded Chairperson Koman of the
Central Park Playground Grand Opening being held on
Wednesday, November 16, 2011.
Agency Member Sidhu made comments on Proposition 122.
Sidhu also suggested staff create a website with before and
after photographs of Redevelopment projects and showcase
the Agency more. Sidhu volunteered to assist with updating
of website. ED/CD Director Kunz responded.
