NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, January 10, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Bruce E. Keith, Architect is proposing a conditional use permit to construct three
4-bedroom bungalows and to increase the capacity of a residential care facility
from 30 to 54 beds in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at
18200 Highway 178. Exempt from environmental review. (File #11-0469; Ward

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
