AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 118-
11 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REVISING THE DATE OF
REGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL DURING
THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 2012.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution change the
meetings to be held during any specified period of time; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the date
heretofore specified in Resolution No. 118-11 by deleting the Regular Meeting
scheduled on December 12, 2012 and adding a Regular Meeting for December
11, 2012, to be held in the City Council Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that a Regular Meeting be set and held on December 11, 2012, and the meeting
of December 12, 2012 be canceled, as shown below and on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto:
