Motion by Raphael, seconded by Schroeder to move
New Business Item a. forward on the Agenda.
NEW BUSINESS
Amendment No. I to Agreement No. 01-087/RA
01-3 with Capital Vision Equities (CVE)
Development, Inc., for a proposed senior housing
project in the Southeast Redevelopment Project
Area. (Ward 1)
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a brief overview.
John Malloy, Capital Vision Equities spoke
regarding the project and funding.
