The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the communities’ assistance in identifying a
suspect wanted for credit card fraud. On 11/1/11, the man depicted in the attached surveillance
photo, entered the JC Penney store and used a fraudulent credit card to purchase clothing and gift
cards. The card was obtained as a result of an identity theft that occurred in Murietta CA.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective
Mitch Galland at 326-3858.
