NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, February 14, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Caring Funeral Service Inc. is proposing a conditional use permit to install a
crematory within an existing funeral home in an R-3 (Multiple-Family Dwelling)
zone district located at 620 Oregon Street. Exempt from environmental review.

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
