For Immediate Release January 26, 2012
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the communities’ assistance identifying
multiple suspects wanted for theft.
On 1/6/12, at about 11:20 a.m., the four suspects depicted in the attached video
surveillance photos entered Lenscrafters, 2427 Ming Avenue, and spent about 10
minutes concealing dozens of prescription eyeglass frames in their clothing. The
female suspect handed the majority of the frames to the men who concealed the
glasses and left the store without paying for them.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call
Detective Pete Cavazos at 326-3561.
