Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender,
Isaac Matthew Kelikoa Ortiz, who removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor and
his whereabouts are unknown.
Ortiz is a Hispanic male 24, 5’5”-5’8”, 150 pounds, having black hair, brown
eyes and multiple tattoos.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
