Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex offender,
Robert Carlyle Anderson, who removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor and his
whereabouts are unknown.
Anderson is a Caucasian male 50, 5’10”, 160 pounds, having brown hair,
blue eyes and multiple tattoos.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
