The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real
properly described and shown on Exhibits "A" and "B ", along with additional information on Exhibit
"C ", attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map
Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating
divisions of land. The above- mentioned real properly is a result of Lot Line Adjustment 06-0425,
being an adjustment of the boundaries of the following portions of land:
1. Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 4456 recorded December 21, 1977 on Parcel Map Book 19, Page 185;
2. Sales Map Lot 6 of Section 29, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M. per "Sales Map of Land of the Kern County
Land Company recorded June 16,1897;
all as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of the
Northeast quarter of Section 29, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State
of California. Approval of the adjustment will be reflected in recordation of a Certificate of Compliance.

DEED OF TRUST CONSENT
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 06 -0425
The undersigned, claiming some right, title, or interest in and to the above
described real property, consents to the making of the foregoing LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT and agrees to be bound thereby and agrees that their right, title or
interest is subject to such LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT.
Don Judkins and Maxine Judkins, Co- Trustees under Trust Agreement dated January 3,
1985, as to an undivided 50% interest, and Donavan D. Judkins and Randle C. Judkins,
Trustees of the Judkins Family Trust dated December 29, 1995, as to an undivided 50%
interest, per assignment of beneficial interest of Deed of Trust recorded December 29,
