The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as
Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of
Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real
property described and shown on Exhibits "A" & "B" and associated Exhibit "C ", attached hereto and
made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
The above- mentioned real property is a result of LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT o6 -0506, being an
adjustment of the boundaries of the following portions of land:
1. Lot 49 of Tract 5958 Phase 1 recorded April 14, 2000 in Map Book 45, Pages 202 -204;
2. Parcel "A" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 393 as evidenced by that certain Certificate of Compliance
recorded July 25, 1995 as Document No. 0195087325;
all as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of Northwest
quarter of Section 35, T. 30 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California

This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.

in Book 45 of Maps, Pages 202 — 204 in the Office of the Kern County Recorder and
Parcel "A" of Lot Line Adjustment No. 393 per Certificate of Compliance Document No
0195087325, Official Record. Also being a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section
35, Township 30 South, Range 27 East, Mount Diablo Base & Meridian, in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California and more particularly described as
