NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, March 13, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
S & S Homes Inc. is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required lot
frontage from 55 to 48.6 feet for a single-family residential lot, due to a street
realignment in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 9410
Meadow Falls Drive. Exempt from environmental review. (File #12-0047; Ward

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
