Development Services Building, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the
following:
Christina Felix is proposing a conditional use permit to convert a 2,240 square
foot veterinary facility to a 12-bed roominghouse and a zoning modification to
reduce the parking requirement from 7 to 4 spaces in an M-1 (Light
Manufacturing) zone district located at 2703 M Street. Exempt from

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
