The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein
on behalf of the City of. Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described and shown on Exhibits "A"
and "B ", attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
The above - mentioned .real property is a result of LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 10 -0029, being an adjustment of
the boundaries of the following portions of land:
1. Lot 29 of Tract 6170 Phase 2 recorded October 2, 2006 in Map Book 56 at pages 101 and 102;
2. Lot 30 _of Tract 6170 Phase 2 recorded October 2, 2006 in Map Book 56 at pages 101 and 102;
all as filed and recorded in the office of the Kern County Recorder, and being portions of Northeast quarter of
Section 34 T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M. D. M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California

Being an adjustment of Lot 29 and Lot 30, of Tract 6170, Phase 2, in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, according to the map recorded October 3,
2006 in Book 56, Pages 101 and 102 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
county, and as per that certain Certificate of Correction recorded March 27, 2007 as
Instrument No. 0207067587 of Official Records, being also portions of the northeast 1/4 of
Section 34, T30S, R27E, M.D.M., more particularly described as:
PARCEL A
That portion of Lot 30 described as follows;
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 30 and continuing along the following
courses:
First: Southwesterly along the southerly line of said Lot 30 at a bearing of South 43
degrees 57' 57" West and a distance of 69.16 feet to the most southerly corner of
said Lot 30; thence,
Second: Northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 30 at a bearing of North 46
degrees 02' 03" West, 131.53 feet to a non - tangent curve having a radius of
330.00 feet concave northerly, a radial line bears South 35 degrees 12'26" East;
thence along said curve, also being the southerly line of Warren Ridge Drive,
