Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance
and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described
and shown on Exhibits "A" and 'B" attached hereto and made parts hereof, complies with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above - mentioned real properly is a

— 40) of Maps, recorded on the 20 day of July, 1941 in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Kern; said portion of land being situated in the northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 29 South,
Range 28 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian; located in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, and
State of California and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found monument (reference Sheet 6 of 6, of Exhibit "B ", attached hereto and
incorporated berein) located at the centerline intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (formerly
Cottonwood Road) and Ralston Street; said monument being located North 00006'OT' East and distant
330.04 feet from another found monument (reference Sheet 6 of 6, of Exhibit `B ", attached hereto and
incorporated herein) located at the centerline intersection of Marlin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and
Murdock Street; thence from said point ofcommencement, a course of North 59 °09'52" West and a
