REGULAR MEETING
Present: Board Members Bland, Burns, Underwood
A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held December 13, 2011.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve the non - public hearing
item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. t=ile No. 11 -0469 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct three 4- bedroom bungalows and to increase
the capacity of a residential care facility from 30 to 54
beds in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located
at 18200 Highway 178.
2. File No. 11 -0471 -Approval of a conditional use permit to
allow truck rentals at a self- storage facility in a C -2
(Regional Commercial) zone district located at 4500
Panama Lane.
The public hearing was opened. There were no comments from either
the public or board members.
The public hearing was closed.

A. Election of Chair for 2012
Motion by Member Burns to elect the Economic & Community
Development Department to serve as Chair for 2012.

Board Chair Bland adjourned the meeting at 3:05 p.m.
