The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying suspects
wanted for theft.
On 12/17/11, at approximately 5:47 p.m., the two suspects depicted in the attached video surveillance
photos entered the Foodmaxx, 4128 Chester Avenue. One of the suspects distracted the checkout clerk
while the other reached into the open register till and took currency.
On 1/1/12, at approximately 11:26 p.m., the suspect depicted in the surveillance photo below entered the
same Foodmaxx store. Similarly, once the clerk opened the register till, this suspect pushed his way in,
took currency from the till.
Anyone with information regarding either of these incidents or the identities of any of the suspects
involved is encouraged to contact Detective Dossey at 326-3513 or the Bakersfield Police Department at
327-7111.
