The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing person
under suspicious circumstances.
Sylvia Fuller 18, 5’2” tall, 90 pounds, brown hair and eyes (described by friends as extremely naïve)
was reported missing by her roommate because she has not returned home since 2/25/12.
Fuller was employed as a sign spinner at California Avenue and Stockdale Highway for a nearby
business. On 2/25/12, she was approached on the job by three males ages 18-20. A short time later,
Fuller entered the business with one of the three men who reported to her supervisor that Fuller was
quitting, and he was her new employer. Fuller left with the three men and has not returned home or to
back to the business to get her final paycheck.
Anyone with information regarding Fuller’s whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police
Department at 327-7111 or Detective Jim Moore at 326-3540.
