For Immediate Release March 5, 2012
On Monday, March 5, 2012, Officers of the Bakersfield Police Department
responded to a domestic violence dispute at 1916 Hasti Acres Drive apartment
#D. Upon arrival, the officers found the male victim deceased from an apparent
gunshot wound.
The suspect fled the scene prior to officers arrival.
A short time later a male subject arrived at the Bakersfield Police Department
and told officers he had been involved in a shooting on Hasti Acres Drive.
The investigation is ongoing.
