TRIP News � The contractor for Westside Parkway Phase 6A is completing stage of the Allen Road detour and plans to open the new roa traffic by early afternoon on Friday, March 16, 2012. These revenue sources are the Land Use Fee, Gate Fee and Bir The Land Use Fee is charged on the tax roll for residential properties in the Coi result of this fee, there is no additional charge at a landfill or transfer station for c recycling of normal household trash. The Gate Fee is charged on a per ton of w at landfills or transfer stations for all non-residential waste and other charge� such as tires, dead animals, camper shells or construction and demolition ma any source. The Bin Fee is charged for non-residential waste on a per contair basis. The City Arborists inspected the trees located on the eastside of Union Avenue of Panama lane. During the inspection, staff identified a possible loitering site u canopy of one of trees. Staff then contacted Code Enforcement and the Polic Department for further direction. On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, staff from Recreation and Parks met with the I Department and Code Enforcement to inspect the site and complete the nec trimming. The southernmost tree was determined to be unsafe, and will be rer� within the next two to three weeks. Staff will continue to monitor these trees in and ensure they are trimmed as needed. The Police Department found two individuals living under one of the trees. The explained the work that needed to be done and asked them to leave. The inc gathered all their belongings and vacated the area.
