Services Building, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Valley Achievement Center is proposing to modify a previously approved
conditional use permit to increase the number of students and staff from 65 to
90 and from 30 to 35, respectively, at a school for persons with developmental
disabilities in C-O (Professional and Administrative Office) and C-1
(Neighborhood Commercial) zone districts located at 1300 Stine Road. Exempt

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
