Philip Rudnick is proposing a conditional use permit to modify an existing
business college and farmers market, and to establish a banquet
hall/restaurant, in a C-O (Professional and Administrative Office) zone district

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,
