Services Building, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Inland Architects is proposing to modify a previously approved conditional use
permit/modification to eliminate the limitations on the hours of operation for a
1,750 square foot drive-through restaurant in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial)
zone district located at 6451 Ming Avenue. Exempt from environmental review.
