NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, May 8, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
McIntosh & Associates is proposing a one-year extension of time for an
approved conditional use permit for a 1.45-acre oil well drill site in an R-1 (One-
Family Dwelling) zone district located at 12570 Pensinger Road. A previously
adopted Negative Declaration is available to the public through the Planning
PAUL HELLMAN

All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department on or
before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,
Bakersfield, CA; phone: 661/326-3733; email: devpln@bakersfieldcity.us. You may review
and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
