NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, May 8, 2012
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Ken Lopez is proposing a conditional use permit to operate a 1,266 square foot
bar in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 3621 California

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
