(More particularly described in legal description marked exhibit "ONE" attached hereto) executed by Richard Moreno and Christy Moreno, husband and wife. Said Deed of Trust was recorded on April 11, 2002 as Documents # 0202056917 in Kern County, WHEREAS Richard Moreno and Christy Moreno desire to combine the two lots into one for purposes of constructing an additional building. This will necessitate obtaining a lot line adjustment and such other documents as required. The undersigned consents to these changes in the legal description of this property.
