ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.01.010 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
PUBLISHER OF THE CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 1.01.010 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
1.01.010 Adoption.
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 50022.1 to 50022.8 and 50022.10 of
the Government Code, there is adopted the Bakersfield Municipal Code as
published by Quality Code Publishing, Seattle, Washington, together with those
secondary codes adopted by reference as authorized by the California State
Legislature, save and except those portions of the secondary codes as are
deleted or modified by the provisions of the Bakersfield Municipal Code.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its passage.
